Jessica graduated in the Animal Health Technology program from Collège Lionel-Groulx in 2004. Passionate about medicine and animals from a young age, she chose the veterinary field to make a difference by actively engaging with animals. For her, it was inconceivable to pursue any other career.
Her greatest passion lies in customer service, where she strives to provide every client with an exceptional experience and a "wow" service. Taking care of clients and their pets as if they were her own is what motivates her every day.
What she particularly enjoys about her work is being a point of reference for both her team and clients. She also appreciates the environment of the hospital, a place that combines quality medicine, professionalism, and a comforting atmosphere.
A fun fact about Jessica: often when she hears a song and has something to say, she does it by using the song playing and humorously changing the lyrics!
Outside of work, Jessica is a huge hockey fan and is actively involved with the Canadiens Children's Foundation. She enjoys cooking, discovering great restaurants with family and friends, and loves video games. As an "extroverted and sociable gamer," she takes pleasure in organizing events and activities.
At home, Jessica shares her life with her pets: Hope, a chihuahua affectionately called Hopie or Houpette, and several cats – Mayo, a beige domestic cat, Minimum, a tabby domestic cat, Angel, a long-haired tortoiseshell cat, and Edward, a black domestic cat.
